Make sure to place your request in the subject line.
For example, if you’re requesting a refund, place “refund” in the subject line. Note, refunds take several days to process.
If you’d like to cancel your membership, place “cancellation” in the subject line.
And, if you have any other request, please do the same.
I will reply to your message within 48 hours, or if it’s over a weekend or holiday, within one business week.
